15-year-old Student In Malaysia Sodomizes Junior In Warehouse

JAKARTA - A 15-year-old student dared to sodomize his junior at a madrasah or Islamic boarding school (ponpes) in Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia.

Quoting local media Berita Harian, the perpetrator was arrested today, Monday,  

According to the police report, the victim was sleeping in his room when the perpetrator came carrying a knife.

The victim was shocked from his sleep with a knife to his neck and was asked by the perpetrator to follow his orders to the warehouse.

Because he was worried about the actions of the perpetrator armed with a knife, the victim obeyed the instructions.

Upon arriving at the warehouse, the perpetrator began sodomizing the victim in the early hours

After the incident, the victim informed the management of the Islamic boarding school, who then contacted the victim's parents.

The victim's father then filed a police report at the Batu Pahat District Police Headquarters (IPD) Malaysia the following day.

For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Malaysian criminal law Article 377C of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 20 years in prison and caning if found guilty.

Along with today's arrest, the Malaysian court also allowed the perpetrator to be released on bail of RM1,000 with one guarantor
